The flag of Israel features a blue Star of David (Magen David) in the center of a white field, between two horizontal blue stripes. 

The blue stripes represent the stripes on a traditional Jewish prayer shawl (Tallit), while the Star of David is a symbol of the Jewish people and Judaism.
