The logo-mania era in the 1970s led to designer jeans, logoed polo shirts, and designer brands on all manner of products. In response, Swirl, Inc., famous as makers of the 1950s wrap dress, contracted with Oscar de la Renta to do a line of sleepwear and loungewear for them. 

This one-piece jumpsuit is one of the best examples of Oscar's designs for Swirl. The top is a knitted sweater, and the bottom is black velvet pants. The sweater has fancy rhinestone buttons, and black velvet trims the neckline, button placket and cuffs. The pants have a velvet waistband and a large velvet bow at the waist. It's fancy enough to easily substitute for a cocktail dress! The sweater fabric is a wool and angora blend, and all of the velvet is rayon. No size label is present, but sizing charts estimate it is a size 4-6, or Small. Please use the actual measurements for the best guidance regarding size.*
