When was the item sent & when can I expect my order to arrive?
All items are shipped within 24 hours Monday to Friday from our US Warehouse to your registered eBay address. This normally takes between 1 -5 working days to arrive in the US.

We do not offer customer collection as we operate from multiple storage facilities across nation that do not allow public access. However, we do offer a FREE delivery service to all US Mainland locations! You can also benefit from free collection on selected items at your nearest Argos store by selecting this option at checkout.

What should I do if I have an incorrect item or a fault with my item?

Can I change the PayPal delivery address after I have paid?
Your shipping address must be the same as your PayPal address. Please note once you complete the checkout process and submit payment, we will not be able to amend or cancel your order.
If you want to change the shipping address, please change it before you make payment as this is not possible after. You can do this on the item's checkout page, you'll see a 'Change Postal address' option on the 'Review your purchase' page, click this link to change your postal address. You must do this before you finalise payment during checkout.
