MCW is dedicated to all its customers current and new. Warranties are mentioned above in the advert if there is one. Please note that when you purchase the item you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed and are agreeing to the warranty timeframe given above. Items are dispatched same day of payment clearing when possible. If the item you received wasn’t as described please contact us before leaving feedback as we will do our upmost to resolve any problems. We will either refund or replace the item upon return depending on our current stock levels, please be aware that you are liable for return costs but we will cover sending the replacement back out to you and by purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. On the rare occasion that problems arise please email us and we will send you a simple RMA form to return with the product.

Please note: Due to some dishonest members returning their own faulty items for a refund, claiming they are the parts we sent out, all items now have the serial numbers recorded where possible, and invisible UV security markings added. Refunds will only be given if the security mark and the serial numbers match upon return.
