Terms & Conditions:

· Unless specified as new, all of our listed items were pulled from working environments.

· Item condition: we try to the best of our ability to determine if the product is new or like new or the product is in excellent condition, good condition, used, refurbished, etc and has been tested and 100% functional.

· Items will only include what's in the description. Sometimes we use stock pictures and not the actual picture of an item. Do not assume anything. Ask if you need more information or some aspects are not clear for you.

· We reserve the right to cancel some bids (if you have no feedback, negative feedback, etc).

· If you are not comfortable with item price, shipping cost or any other condition, please DO NOT BUY.

· Bidding on a listed item or buying an item means you agreed with our "Terms & Conditions".

Payments:

· We only accept PayPal & Credit Cards. For large amounts we can accept wire transfer, EFT, money order.

· Within 5 days of end of auction, we have to receive the payment from the winner.

· We charge HST 13% tax for Ontario residents. For other provinces we charge GST 5% or HST if applicable. Taxes are applicable to the total price on the invoice: item price + shipping charges. You should submit the payment accordingly.

· We do not charge tax for US buyers, but they need to pay any import fees or duty tax if applicable.

Shipping & Handling:

· Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs, and any import fees or duty taxes.

· We charge tax on the shipping cost for Canada only.

· All items will be shipped within 1 business day, after receiving the payment.

· Shipping prices quoted above are for lower Canada (max 200 km up north from the US border) and for the 48 continental states of the US. For Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories or other remote locations please ask us for a shipping quote. Cities up north in the provinces may be an additional charge of $5 or $10.

· Please contact us if you want something shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/AE.

· We may ship worldwide using FedEx, UPS or DHL. Please ask in advance for price and conditions.

Warranty & Refunds:to check

· In order to offer you maximum satisfaction and lower prices we offer 30 days DOA warranty.

· Some items (when specified) are sold "AS-IS" due to missing serial number or security label.

· You can purchase additional warranty from companies offering this service or from us.

· Bid with confidence and read carefully the description and specifications.

· Refunds & Exchanges within 30 days after delivery with all the original packaging (for new items).to check

· Request RMA before sending goods back to us. Buyer to pay return shipping cost if purchased by mistake. In some cases, we reserve the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee.

· Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded.
