1st. Edition.  Boards are clean with minor rubs to corner tips and a minor bump to bottom front corner.  Binding is tight and square.  Pages are clean and crisp with no tears, chips, marks or creases. 

 DJ has light surface soil and heavy rub with a  1.0" tear to top of spine a 1/4" chip to top front corner tip.  Additional light rubbing to spine channels and to top margins.
