All cancellation must be initiated by Buyer within ONE hour of purchase.  Please buy carefully as cancellation fee will apply.

All claims must be made within 5 days upon receiving.  It must be accompanied with pictures of envelope / boxes for verification.  All false claims will be blocked and reported.
