Cordyceps is a mushroom that was first popularized in the western world after Chinese Olympians set many world records in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. This mushroom has been used by humans for far longer than that however, with its first historical mention occurring in 1694. Best known for its effects of boosting energy and endurance, Cordyceps also provides benefits to the lungs, kidneys, adrenal glands, and cardiovascular system as an adaptogen and antioxidant.
This tincture is formulated with
a 1:5 herb to menstruum ratio using Cordyceps grown in the USA.

How
to take it?
