Personally I think this looks 8.0 VF. It has some lite corner wear to the spine side (see pictures 2 & 3), and some lite scuffing to the back cover (see pictures 6 & 7)  I don't see any other problems.  Another seller sold one listed pretty close condition-wise to this as "NM", and I don't see it myself. 

I ship comics bagged and boarded, sandwiched between additional boards. I also use boxed especially made for comic book shipping.
