This is Snap-On AT-69, Transmission Throttle Linkage Gauge, for 1956-60 Oldsmobile with Jetaway transmission, and 1956-57 Nash with FlashAway transmission. Date coded 1958 and functionally equivalent to Kent Moore J-6344 for Oldsmobile. I’ve cleaned and oiled this tool for you; it's in very good, undamaged condition, with some minor surface rust from long storage (now stored in anti-corrosion vapor paper).
