This is a 3D-printed fan mount for cooling server-grade Nvidia Tesla GPU accelerator cards. The fan shroud requires no screws as it is a light but secure pressure fit.  It is designed to fit tightly and avoid touching any areas of the board that could cause damage.  

It uses five 5015 fans (12v, NOT INCLUDED) that can be either pressure fit or further secured with M3x20mm screws.

The shroud and fan will add 50mm (2 inches) to the length of the card, and 25mm (1 inch) to the height.
