Pro-printed USA version for American Rock Band GRATEFUL DEAD and American legend BOB DYLAN. Cassette tape shows minimal play history.  Halogen light test shows pressure pad in great condition with hints of  minimal amount of wear, still very solid Tape tested both sides, thoroughly, finding no problems in playback, no squealing or sudden stops, plays fine. I grade visually and actually I play the whole tape in a clean Onkyo TA-W111 to make sure there is no issues.  This tape might sound different in a different tape player.   Inlay Card is in excellent condition, no promo holes or writings.   From my own collection purchased back in the early 90's. I'm selling my extra copy.

Sometimes even in brand new tapes the pressure felt pad will fall off during shipping transit, or the first time you play the tape, the fix is simple, just re-glue the pad back on with a very small dot of Instant Crazy Glue.
