This auction is for a pair of custom made slam panel end panel/covers/infills to fit the ford focus MK2 ST/ST225 PRE FACELIFT MODEL ONLY. These have been made in the UK and have been professionally CAD DESIGNED, CNC (computer numerical controller) cut out using the latest CAD software/plasma cutters ensuring quality every time. They are made from 1.2mm brushed effect stainless steel under fully accredited ISO9001 quality control conditions and have an ST graphic cut into them.These have been manufactured using a 3 stage process, from CNC laser cutting to hydraulically rolled and finally a bend/lug put in them by a press-break. As such they are priced accordingly due to the labour/manufacturing processes involved, also these take more material than the facelift to make. They are a cosmetic piece and simply slot into place in the gaps in the cars plastic slam panel then are held down by a screw/bolt of your choice into the top of your bumper You can buy cheaper foamex wrapped/plastic versions of these but they absorb water to a certain degree, and that's not good considering where these are mounted on the car. Make no mistake, these are not a homemade/hand cut item. They are professionally made items using the latest technology.
