PAYMENT:

·         Orders are shipped out on Monday through Thursday after payment is received unless otherwise arranged with us. We do not ship Friday Saturday and Sunday.

SHIPPING:

    We have been qualified by UPS to ship Live Fish via Next Day Air Service.  

We ship Monday through Thursday; unless otherwise arranged.

We package our fish using cycled water, pure oxygen and double-up 3 mil poly bags.

·         Due to some very active species, some fish may be tranquilized and appear sluggish.  Please introduce them to fresh water if they have gill movement.

·         Tracking No.’s shall be automatically received when using PayPal or upon request.

*After receiving your item, if you are unsatisfied with your koi for any reason, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. our number one priority is to make our customers happy.  


LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

 Please buy with confidence that You will receive your fish alive and healthy. However, in the event DOA, a digital picture of the deceased fish must be sent to eBay email messaging system within three hours of declared arrival time. 

 Dead on arrival DOA fish will be refunded at a prorated term. For example: If you order 10 fish we will ship you 3 extra to cover any DOA. If 4 fish are DOA, we will prorate the 1 fish and refund you for the 1 fish.  We will not send you a new shipment with 1 fish. If you would like to place an additional order, we will include that 1 fish with your new order.

* WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE FISH, PLEASE NOTE THAT A FEW EXTRAS ARE INCLUDED IN CASE OF DEAD ON ARRIVAL.  PLEASE COUNT THE FISH BEFORE RELEASING THEM TO THE POND. DO NOT COUNT FISH WHILE THEY ARE IN THE POND.  


LEGALITY:

We do not and will not knowingly ship fish into a restricted area. The buyer is ultimately and fully responsible for understanding and complying with any and all local, state or federal laws pertaining to the possession of fish at their locality.  Contact your local department of fish and wildlife for more information regarding the laws in your area.
