PLEASE NOTE: I do everything I can to keep rising postal costs in mind when pricing my items. I use my own materials, make my own labels and don't use e-bay's because I don't want to pass those costs/fees to buyers. Plus I use flat rate packaging whenever possible.

Combined shipping of course but shipping price slightly varies a tiny bit per weight and zone (state) when it isn't a flat rate package. 

I'm sorry but NO returns. If your package is lost by USPS, report to e-bay if a package wasn't received. If tracking confirms, there is a process for refunds. If item is damaged by USPS, I will send return label. Take package back to your USPS with and let them know shipping insurance will be claimed from damage. Refund will be processed per Ebay guidelines.
