It was designed around 2010-2011 by myself, using Freitag's online "F-CUT" tool.  The tool was discontinued around 2011.  I've attached random photos and descriptions of the tool to the listing.  It should give some overview of the process to those that are unaware of how it functioned.  Basically you used the tool to select the cut panels used to make a Dragnet from whatever various truck tarpaulins they had listed.  They would cut the panels and create your designed bag and ship it to you.  Pretty neat.

This bag has been stored in a closet since it was purchased and never used or carried.

When designing the bags, you had the option of having the special tag added which states "Your Fault".  As in you designed the bag, thus if it looks terrible, that's your fault.  :)
