Fun and Functional Columbian 555 line level vintage tool for carpentry, construction, Stone Mason...In Collectible shape as I do not have a way to test its accuracy, but the bubble is clearly visible, see photo, and seems to be pretty accurate for level.  Very cool piece of history for a tool collector
