Returns/Damages

• Please make sure the packaging is intact when accepting delivery.
• If there are any visible signs of damage on the packaging please notify as soon as possible.
• Please inform us of any damaged items and we will send out a replacement.
• If any items have a manufacturing fault, we will replace them for you as soon as.
• Please do measure your bed before ordering as we cannot accept any returns due to the bed not fitting within the space available.
