Kitchen Tea Towel, Key hook. Our rustic style vintage antique hook is an old style traditional hook. This 1 inch hook is hand forged in black wrought iron with a smooth sturdy body tapering to a fine curl. The head of the hook is finished with club end detailing.
This is one of our smaller hooks. Being hand-made in traditional wrought iron it still packs plenty of character. The decorative club end detail measures approximtely 3.5 cm wide. The hook stem is nicely proportioned at a width of 0.7 cm. The hook measures approximately 6cm from the top of the head to the base of the hook and protrudes 3.5 cm from the wall or surface it is fixed to. The inner measurement of the hook is 1.5 cm so suitable for use with smaller items such as clothes hooks, or cup handles.
Our wrought iron hooks are all hand forged, so though similar will not be identical and all measurements are approximate. Each piece is hand finished and given a wax coating. All our hand forged products are carefully aged for an authentic look.
As this hook is surface mount the fitting is relatively simple. If however you intend to fix this hook to a wall please be aware of water pipes and electrical cables. A fixing screw will be included in your package
