Hi thank you for looking at my listing for my handmade toppers.

All of my toppers are handmade in a professional room Which is situated in my home . The room is used for creating my cake toppers only and as I am in the catering and hospitality industry I know how important safety and cleanliness can be and hold an advanced food safety certificate .

My toppers are edible however they have been held together using cocktail sticks and edible glue so please take care when / if you decide to eat them , if you do not wish to eat them then you can display them for years to come . Please store in a dry area and not in a fridge or freezer as this will cause the toppers to soften and spoil.

I take care when packaging and use bubble wrap and recorded delivery . Any problems please let me know ASAP and I will help the best I can .

The toppers can be fixed to your cake using water of edible glue or even a tiny amount of icing

The fondant I use is high quality and made in a nut free factory however I don’t like to say it definitely does not contain nuts just to be safe

It’s gluten and lactose free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians

Ingredients listed in the fondant are:

Sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seed) water, xanthan, aroma, potassium sorbate, carboxymethyl cellulose , citric acid

And lastly the toppers I make are all made with care and may differ ever so slightly although I do try to keep them identical. I do make these to order so if possible please bear in mind when purchasing that they need 2-3 days to dry out before being posted safely to you
