Wonderful soutache trim, from the early 1930’s made in France, unused & in great condition

This item is original antique stock from the archives of Tinsel Trading, in NY, which was founded by my grandfather in 1933 and now located in Berkeley,Ca. I am constantly adding ribbons, trims, tassels, cords, fringes and more, some dating back as far as 1880's.
