We offer all our parts "Farm Fresh" meaning we do little to no cleaning/ polishing, etc.; just as we found them. This allows you not only to save a few dollars, but also allows you to clean/ restore to the level you see fit. We do inspect them so we list their condition properly.
Sorry but we cannot ship this item outside the continental USA, and we will not ship to a freight forwarder either. Why? Because eBay says that we no longer have any seller protections if a freight forwarder is utilized. Thanks for understanding!
