This is an incredibly rare collector’s item. The pen was made in very limited quantity, and was sold in very few numbers due to the price. The cap of the pen is made of Lapis Lazuli gem stone and this was used as this was the gem stone of the pharos. The gem stone is also fused with gold leaf particles as well, to match the golden barrel of the pen. The barrel is made of solid sterling AG925 silver and is electroplated with 22k gold. The top of the pen around the clip it has its serial number, Metal 3 and GERMANY. Under the clip it has the Montblanc trademark Pix.
