There are 2 kinds of keyboards for these laptop, one has backlit and the other has no. Please make sure your original keyboard has backlit feature, or there is a backlit cable connector on your laptop mainboard, OTHERWISE, the backlit feature won't work on your laptop. Thanks.

Shipment:

We can ship to worldwide.

Returns:

We will accept returns which were shipped as an incorrect item, or DOA.

Defective products can be changed during the warranty.

Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date, we will change another one for you or refund your money back.

If you buy the wrong products, please inform us as soon as possible. But if you order has been sent, then all the costs (including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc. ) are for your account.


Warranty:

A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA # will not be handled.

If the package damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package.

The refund for all non-seller mistake returns should be deducted 20% as re-stocking fee and transaction fee. Meanwhile, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong version or wrong item caused by without checking the item picture).

Orders can’t be cancelled once the shipping starts. 85% of the payment can be returned for an unshipped order, if it needs to be cancelled.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees on return packages. Replacement or refund will be arranged only after the returned package is delivered to our address.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.
