Sim Farm. Before there was "Farming Simulator," there was Sim Farm, a farming simulator. Plan your crops, buy equipment...you know, run a farm pretty much.

Sim Farm includes a rather huge manual going over the intricacies of running your farm.

Other items include a cool vintage order form and a 1996 Maxis catalog poster which has some cool stuff on it.

I haven't checked these disks, but contrary to common belief, floppy disks generally don't randomly stop working if they aren't being used. Perhaps I will check them sometime.

Condition is generally good, except for the grease spot. Check the pictures. I cleaned it up carefully; it should stay that way if stored properly.
