D-Sub 15 Pin VGA Male To DB 9-Pin Male RGB Adapter Cable
The primary purpose of this video legacy display cable is only for passing the RGB and video sync signal from one end to the other end based upon the pin assignment that this adapter is made.

Users should look into the pin assignment first for their legacy video equipment before purchase. [Note]: This VGA adapter cable is not a video converter so it will not cross convert between VGA, CGA or EGA type format.

This VGA adapter cable is fully molded and protect against unwanted EMI/RFI. It has the 15-pinb VGA end with female connector while the 9-pin end has a male connector.

The 9-pin is for video feed, not for RS232 data use.

The cable has 4.5 feet long.

It can be used for passing the VGA signal through a DB 9-pin connector for hookup purpose.

Example such as connecting a standard VGA signal from graphic card or other VGA equipments to an older NEC or similar multi-sync RGB monitors built with DB9 connector.

Meanwhile it could also be used for passing the CGA or EGA type RGB signal through a 15-pib VGA  male connector.
