This is a shiny plastic Maier-Mfg. Dark Blue gas tank cover for Honda TRX250R years 86-89. 

This fender is a factory blem straight from Maier-Mfg.  The blem is areas where the blue is lighter than in other areas, as pictured in the last picture.  The plastic may have wrinkles, ripples, discolored spots, scratches, gouge marks, or other physical defects.  There may be a slight color difference between this fender and other parts. An exact color match cannot be guaranteed.  There may be other slight surface imperfections that would not show up in a picture.
