Publisher's original binding in olive colored cloth lettered and decorated in dark green and gilt, beveled edges. H. Rider Haggard's, "Thebes Of The Hundred Gates" in the June issue illustrated with photographs; some of which were taken by the author's daughter. This is a non-fiction article about historical architecture and locations throughout Egypt. Whatmore M65: Scott 138.
VG condition. Wear at spine ends and tips, soil spots on cover, spine a bit toned; slightly shaken. Neatly applied book plate on front paste down, cracked rear hinge, off-white to tan pages.
