Returns	Unwanted returns are not accepted after the 14 day return period. To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be: Unopened In a new condition Unused, without installation or Modification In the same condition as supplied to you Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it With the original box and unopened packaging if any of the above criteria are not met returns will be subject to a 15% handling charge and the cost of shipping (if any). We will only credit in those instances where the return is due to an error by us or involves a defective auto part. All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% handling charge from the refund. We do not accept returns for electrical items that have been used/fitted/modified by the customer unless evidence can be provided that the part is faulty. All returns must be sent back we an eBay return slip for us to issue you a refund. If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you must do so within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery.
Warranty	If an auto part is found to be defective within 6 months from the date of purchase we shall, at our discretion, provide either a replacement part or a full refund. All returned items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labour, mileage, or any other costs involved in the installation or reinstallation of the auto parts in question. The warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application. Warranty and shipping related claims may require authentication. Do not dispose of parts until instructed.
