* Returns and Exchanges I accept returns and exchanges 

* Contact me 3 days of delivery. Ship items back is buyers responsibility within: 7 day of delivery 

* The following items can't be returned or exchanged

* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Custom or personalized orders.

* Items purchased are returnable and exchangeable in the original condition they are shipped!

* Ask all questions before purchasing to assure a positive purchasing experience! 

* Items are carefully described and measured, listed with detailed conditions, evaluations so that you may feel comfortable with your purchase!

* As items are vintage, antique they are mostly sold AS-IS in the exception of possible repairs and cleaning that have been made with every items that may need it!

Exchanges and returns are handled case by case basic. 

* You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have an issue, if an exchange or return is approved it must be sent within 48 hours after contacting me. Items purchased and worn for special events are not returnable. No refunds are issued based on issues with the fit to the items itself! Please measure carefully and contact me for any inquires if you need help with sizing, color, etc!

* With the exception of an exchange or return if the items are returned damaged and not in the original condition they were shipped in there will no be an exchange or return and in some cases a refund! A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount when the item has been returned, only some exceptions!

* Lingerie intimate wear undergarments such as bras, panties, underwear, slips, crinolines, petticoats, nylons, pantie hose, socks, house coats, robes, earrings, necklaces, bracelets can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the item for health and hygiene reasons are a Final Sale!

* Clearance items and items noted AS-IS or in good or fair condition as listed may not be returned or exchanged!

* Information about the color and brightness in the listed photo.

 I take the original pictures myself with no stock photos in order to represent as accurately as possible the items that I offer for sale.

I am not reasonable for the deference in perception of color due to the variations between computer monitors. I always list an accurate 

description of the color. 

Some lighter color items may appear brighter, the color will be described in the listing. All questions are welcomed!

* PAYMENT

* This shop accepts most payments below both domestically, internationally and overseas.

 

* Layaway and reserves with a 30% deposit are non-refundable after 2 weeks and if the items are not paid in full on the date agreed!

*SHIPPING

* This shop ships domestically, internationally and overseas. Please ask for quotes in your country if it is not listed.

Please be advised that shipping can be delayed due to unexpected weather, christmas holidays, wars and deadly deceases while crossing into customs for several days, although most parcels arrive in a safe and timely matter, some international and overseas shipments can take up to 2 to 8 weeks due to delays in customs or the postal service. A parcel is not considered lost until 45 days.

I am not responsible for customs fee and taxes, lost, stolen or damaged packages in transit as it is out of my control once the items leave 

my possession. Items are packaged well with pictures of the inside and outside to ensure accuracy of the package.

* Insurance is an extra cost to the buyer upon request.

* Shipping is the buyers responsibility both ways if a customer files a case claim against my shop for reasons, depending on the nature of the case filed.

* For XL Large to oversized items shipping is an additional cost to the buyer for domestic, international and overseas purchases.

* Packages are packed with recycled boxes, bubble wrap, paper and envelops is covered to add that extra protection to ensure your items arrive carefully handled through DYK USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, FIMS, UPS. Insurance and shipping upgrades are available upon request. 

* Orders are shipped within 2 days after payment has cleared. 

* Need Express, First Class shipping, advise me in advance prior to purchasing.

* Domestic, international and overseas orders I ensure your items arrive safely and quickly in a timely matter.

* INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

* Please be advised that your country may assess Value Added Taxes or Import Tax on your item(s) ordered. 

* Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these extra fees.

ADDITIONAL POLICES AND FAQs 

When describing items the are described as they are and the color and condition is as accurate as possible.

Understanding that vintage items have been previously owned and are not in perfect condition, unless

ONLY when the items have NEVER been used.

If you need additional information, do not hesitate to ask! 

All photos are taken under natural and artificial lighting with no camera flash!

Monitors display colors differently, allow some variations of colors in photos and items. 

Keep in mind that the type of light you are viewing the item in and the color of the room that you are in can vary the color.

CONDITION TERMS: 

Excellent: New, never been used or gently used items.

Very Good: Like new, no rips, no stains, little wear.

Good: Some flaws with some wear, fading.

Fair: Flaws, rust stains, faded stains, lots of wear but still wearable.

Poor: Disintegrating worth saving or repairing, salvage, recycling.

I list items that are in like new or new condition to ensure the best items are listed.
