Wear and tear from age and storage. The soap dish has not been used. It is in the original packaging which has significant scuffs scratches, dirt, dust, grime, stains, soiling, folds, creases, discoloration. The soap dish itself may have some dirt, scuffs, scratches, it is hard to tell with the plastic still on it. It is still sealed and has not been removed from packaging. There is a small hole in the bottom of the plastic wrap. There seems to be some mounting hardware/bracket inside but again difficult to tell what is there without opening the package.
