Terrific sweater by Topshop which I purchased at Nordstrom. It has long sleeves and a 1/4 zip closure; The quilting is on the front and along part of the sleeves from below the elbow to the cuffs.  There is ribbing at the cuffs and hem.  When the zip is fully up it is a turtleneck.  There are two pockets to the side.
