Box has wear shelf wear (PLEASE SEE PICS) and has been opened but inside the figure is still in it's plastic blister with tape and has not been played with.  Still in like new condition but since box is opened and the blister taken out we are marking it as used.

Will ship in a BOX to avoid damage.
