We provide fast, free shipping on almost all of our items & most are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. Some items cannot be shipped to AK / HI / PO Boxes / APO due to weight and/or size. Items that can be shipped internationally are processed through eBays Global Shipping Program. Free shipping is Standard/Economy (normally 3-7 day delivery time for lower 48). If you need Express shipping services, contact us via eBay messaging.
We offer a 30 day return policy for most of our products. Subject to eBay policies, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and returned items must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible after receiving the item. We are extremely fair and will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution. Please note that consumable items such as food & cosmetics must be unopened and in the original package with security seals intact to qualify for a return.
Orders are processed quickly upon receipt and then dispatched to fulfillment/shipping. For this reason, if you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible through eBay messaging and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel and will advise you of that. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process.
