Condition:

CD(s) have some minor scratches but nothing that would effect playback.  Cases all show signs of wear (may include scratches to the case, broken hinges, cracks etc).  Some may be record club labels such as BMG Direct etc.  As with all my finds sold as found as pictured and as is.
