As to Material, This does not seem like Bone China but it is not Pottery either, I do not know

Great Antique Condition

No Chips, Cracks.  IT IS CRAZED THROUGHOUT; this is over 100 years old

Silly Saying doesn't really show if displayed in cabinet or on top of kitchen cabinets, where it has been for 10+ years

Cup is Approximately 4" Tall by 5" Diameter at the Top without Handle and 6" Wide with the Handle

           Approximately 2 3/4"  Diameter at the Base

Saucer is Approximately 9" in Diameter and 1" in Height
