Any product returned because the buyer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong model (through no fault of our own) will be subject to postage + relisting fee's (This fee can be recovered from eBay)

Grade - Our genuine parts and accessories have been individually inspected and graded by ourselves (Our U.K. standards are very high) Our grades range from brand new (in retail packaging) to fully working preowned.

Green - Repairing your existing phone is a great way to help the planet, especially using refurbished or used parts! We aim to source most of our parts from existing devices and sell preowned, package damaged or surplus stock with lots of our accessories aimed at boosting the longevity of your device.
