          1. We offer free postage for standard deliveries to physical addresses ONLY. Please choose “Australia Parcel Post” during checkout if you are using PO Boxes Parcel Lockers, otherwise your order may be cancelled at our discretion.

          2. If you require an urgent delivery, please choose “Express Delivery” at the checkout. Please note Australia Post Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network it won't be covered by Next Day Guarantee. Please refer to the Australia Post website for details.

          3. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method and carrier available.

          4. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or severe weather conditions.

          5. It is your responsibility to ensure address is correct and complete.

          6. Please include primary contact number (preferably a mobile number) in your shipping. The courier may need to get in touch with during the delivery of your consignment.

          7. Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 1 business days. There is no dispatch or delivery on weekends or public holidays.

          8. Please check the contents of your order upon receipt to confirm that all items have arrived as expected. Make sure you notify us of any damage or shortfall in the number of products supplied under an order within 48 hours after receipt of the order unless products are delivered by instalment. Failure to so notify us shall result in the loss of any rights the buyer may have against us for the damage or shortage.

          2. Bank Transfer
            You will receive our bank account details at the checkout. Please use your eBay ID as a reference. Failure to do so may cause delay in dispatching your order.

          3. Credit Card
            Credit Card payments can't be processed online. However Credit Cards can be used over the phone or in store at pickup.

          4. Cash on pick up
            Pick up is available at our Kingsgrove or Dundas offices depending on stock availability. Please make sure you contact us via eBay message or over the phone to book an appointment prior to pick up.
         

          Warranty

            1. All products manufactured by Bosch Security Systems are covered by a three year return to base warranty on defective parts and or workmanship from original date of sale.

            2. Installation by an unqualified person may void the original manufacturer's warranty.

          Return

            1. Returns for replacements will be accepted in cases where an item, or replaceable part thereof, arrives damaged or defective, or where the item/part fails in its intended use during the manufacturer’s coverage period. In these cases, we will reimburse you for the cost of return postage using our nominated carrier and shipping method only. We ask for your full cooperation during any troubleshooting phase as we find that many user issues can be resolved with a little guidance through installation and/or programming of the equipment.

            2. Up to 10% restocking fee may apply after an order is shipped, if you simply change your mind about the products, make an incorrect choice, or fail to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order. Returns must be in original condition, packaging and also include all original accessories. Postage is non-refundable. We ask that you contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Whatever the case may be, we take full responsibility for everything we sell, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues or questions regarding your order.
