For plugging open ended instrumentation tube body fittings such as a union, elbow, bulkhead, tee, cross, or even a valve
This body plug is interchangeable with other major manufactures of the dual ferrule system such as Swagelok, Parker A-Lok, Hoke Gyrolok, Bi-Lok, Brennan, DK-Lok, Ham-Let, HY-Lok, SSP, Superlok, and Tylok. It is even interchangeable with single ferrule fittings such as Parker CPI, Tylok CS-Lok, SSP Unilok, and Ham-Let One-Lok.
These parts are manufactured to exacting specifications of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) & ANSI (American National Standards Institute) from an ISO 9001 certified facility to insure safety and reliability of service whenever the brands are intermixed.
Installation instructions:
1. Remove nuts and ferrules from body of fitting.
2. For sizes 1/4" to 2", tighten with a wrench 1/4 turn from finger-tight position. For Sizes 1/16", 1/8", and 3/16" tighten with a wrench 1/8 turn from finger-tight position. Use a Sharpie to mark rotation.
