For sale is a small teaspoon in the popular WATTEAU pattern
by Durgin, introduced in 1891. The spoon
is 5 1/4 inches long and weighs 16 grams. It is engraved “PTS 1890” in the
bowl, “1835” on the handle front and “Blanche” on the handle back. The spoon is marked with the Durgin trademark
and "STERLING”.
Condition on the spoon is good. There are just normal signs of use. The bowl
edge protrudes slightly, for some reason.
A good little spoon in a great old pattern!
