London:  Smith, Elder & Co. (1887) 336 pages + 8 pages of ads at rear.

G+:  Slightly sunned spine, tiny bubbling of cloth pushed tips, modest wear and soil, slight forward lean.  Toned end papers, nice off-white pages.
