This is a vintage sterling charm of a grand piano.  The lid opens and closes.  It is marked Beau sterling on the bottom, and was rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing.  There is some wear to the finish.  It measures 3/4 of an inch high and 1/2 of an inch at its widest and weighs 4.2 grams.
