For combined shipping, please add all items to the cart and request total from seller.  I will send a modified invoice once I get the notification.  If you do not see the request total from seller button, please try using the full site rather than mobile site or try from a computer rather than a phone.  Please do not pay full shipping and ask for a refund afterwards, ebay charges a fee on the shipping that was paid.  
Canadian customers:  shipping will not be $16, it will be around $10.  Please add your items to cart and request a total and I will lower the shipping.
