Delivery is Mainland England only and excluding Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Delivery is for heavy goods and using a heavy goods delivery courier. They will need good road access and often use a large wagon with tail lift.

Tanalised pressure treated apex range garden shed. This shed is fully tongued and grooved with a 12mm wall cladding fully pressure treated to protect against rot and set on a 38mm x 25mm tanalised framework. The shed is supplied with all felt and fixings required for self build.

 Our sheds are all supplied with a fully tongued and grooved floor and roof (no cheap OSB, solid board or chipboard) for better stability and longer life expectancy.

Factory seconds item - so built using a lower grade cladding than standard, and/or using timber not suitable for our Standard sheds.  There will be some cladding defects, faults, knott holes, damage, cracks and discoloration. Expect some small repairs to be required. The T&G timber can differ also form section to section and throughout the shed in profile and appearance. Most defects and faults can be easily filled with a tube of wood filler or silicone or repaired on assembly *also as above the roof is fully T&G but will be untreated so not tanalised.* If you do not wish to save money by spending a little extra time repairing any faults in our Factory seconds, then please purchase our standard shed. This item is faulty or damaged so can only be returned at the buyers cost, so please if unsure buy one of our standard sheds here on eBay.
