After receiving payment, the item will ship within 2 business days, excluding Weekends and Holidays. I usually ship with USPS unless UPS or FedEx have a better rate. All shipping will include a tracking number. Once the package has been dropped off and initially scanned by the mail delivery service, I am not responsible. If the package or item is lost in transit, or shipping is delayed, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the delivery service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

RETURN POLICY: In following the guidelines from most online re-seller platforms, a request for return must be sent to me through the app messaging within 3 calendar days of the date of receipt as shown on the tracking information. If the item was damaged in shipping the buyer must contact the delivery company to file a claim on the package insurance. If you need to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition in which I sent it and must be returned to me with tracking and insurance within 9 calendar days of the request for return. Buyer pays shipping for all returns. If the item was sold NWT and does not have the original tags when returned, or if the item is damaged during return shipping, the amount of the loss will be deducted and only a partial refund will be given. 

I do not correspond off app and all conversations must be through the app messaging. I do not hold items that are not paid for within 24 hours. I do not offer lay-away plans. I do not accept payment outside of eBay. Please pay for any items you wish to buy within the 24 hour time-frame to avoid a cancellation of your order due to non-payment.
