Genuine Flexoid® Gasket Paper Material - A4 Size Sheet – Various Thicknesses

FLEXOID® is a plasticised gelatine impregnated, cellulose based gasket material. Manufactured in the UK by Jointine Products (Lincoln) Ltd. Because of its ability to seal against petrol, oil and water at low cost, Flexoid® is used extensively by leading British, European and US automotive manufacturers.

This listing is for A4 size (297x210mm) sheets in various thicknesses, simply choose the thickness from the selection box and add the required number of sheets to the basket. The multi-buy discount will automatically apply at checkout when purchasing multiple sheets.

There is also the option to purchase an assorted pack, perfect for the hobbyist or engineer, or if you are not sure which thickness would be best for your gasket. Please see the below for the contents of the different assorted packs.

Thin Assorted Pack (1 A4 sheet of each):

0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.4mm

Thick Assorted Pack (1 A4 sheet of each):

0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.6mm

Full Assorted Pack (1 A4 sheet of each):

0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.6mm

Please allow a tolerance of +/-5mm on the length and width and a 10% tolerance on the thickness. The sheets may be plain or branded depending on stock availability.

Please note Flexoid® isn’t suitable for use with foodstuffs or drinking water and it is recommended to wash your hands after contact.
