- For all our gags, we use thick luxury leather, much gentler than belting leather used by many manufacturers.

- As with all our gags, the ball is made out of food grade silicone (NOT rubber or rubber foam, none of which are safe or free of chemicals)

Mercy Industries was born from the desire to have and use high quality leather gear.

We know the excitement of ordering a product that looks amazing online, but then leaves you disappointed when it finally arrives. In a world unfortunately flooded with mass produced leather products we have encountered many pieces that were sold as leather, but didn’t feel like leather, didn’t smell like leather and most importantly did not last like leather would (or even worse – broke during play!).

We discovered that so much of this gear is made from reconstituted and processed materials where leather is merely added, and as such can legally be marketed as genuine leather. Real leather has a very distinct feel, smell and incredible strength and durability; and only gets more supple over time. We believe there is no substitute for the feeling of real leather against your skin, and the pleasure that comes with its intoxicating scent.

This is why we will only ever use the finest real leather hides. We source our leather almost exclusively from local Australian small businesses, which allows us to carefully choose each hide to ensure they are of the highest quality. Our small team at Mercy Industries then cuts, sews and meticulously handcrafts each item with true care and a passion for what we do.

Payment 
 

Please complete payment within 48 hours of ended auction/or when you purchase the item on a buy-it-now basis.

Domestic customers: We accept Paypal, direct bank deposits, personal and bank cheques as well as money orders.

International customers: The payment method we accept for international customers is Paypal.

Shipping Information

~ All our parcels are shipped discretely ~

Domestic Customers (Australian)
If you buy several items from us, each additional item is shipped at no extra cost. In this case the item with the highest shipping rate is the total postage you will pay. For example; If you buy 2 items, (item A and Item B), where Item A cost $10 to ship, whereas item B cost $14 to ship, the total shipping will be $14. If free shipping is offered on an item each additional item you buy will be posted at no extra charge.

International Customers 
If you wish to purchase several items, we will charge you the actual shipping cost. We are not in the business of making money on postage. If you wish to get a quote before bidding/buying, please feel free to email us and we will get back to you shortly. Insurance is optional for international shipping.

Shipping times
We are known to be fast at shipping (see our feedback). We aim to send all items within 1-2 working day of cleared payment.

Parcels within Australia normally arrives within 1-5 working days, depending on chosen method of shipping as well as your location.

International parcels generally takes between 8-10 working days to arrive to most continents.
