Antique Vintage Salt-glazed Stoneware Storage Confit Jar Brown Decorative Prop #3

20.5cm 8" high, 11.5cm 4.5" rim diameter, 13cm 5" max width,

12cm 4.5" base diameter, 1.25Kg weight.

a chip underneath on the base rim, so hidden when displayed right way up - see #7, #8.

no maker's stamp, but likely to be by the Morley family from the Nottingham area. 

salt granules in the glossy brown glaze; impressed decoration to the shoulder.
