Mr. Christmas ? Jingle Bells Village In Case Fiber Optic Ice Skating Music Box.... I am not sure who makes this musical Christmas item . I saw a similar one sold by Mr. Christmas it's possible it could be a different brand however. I cannot find  one like it anywhere.  There is a fiber optic village and it plays jingle Bells. The case is in very good condition. The case is a darker color as seen in the 1st couple photos. The side view looks lighter due to Flash on the camera. Size is 11x11x10 very nice Christmas  item thanks for looking
