3/8" x 63 ft. Blaze Orange Double Braid Dacron/Polyester Main Sail Halyard. Made in the USA !   Has a spliced in 3 &1/4" Stainless Steel Snap Shackle.   The splice  is "properly" spliced with a permanent neck whip and has a permanent bitter end whip to prevent unraveling of the line.  The term heat sealed translates to: (just too darn lazy & cheap to do the job properly !)  The splices are done by a former US Coast Guardsman.
